Product Description:

This product is a water-based wax lotion developed for plastic demoulding, die casting metal, metal processing and other industries, with excellent release and anti adhesion effects. Compared with traditional release wax lotion, it has higher melting point and hardnessDegree. At the same time, this product has good dry film transparency, and when applied to transparent substrates, it will not affect the original light transmittance of the substrate.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. This product is recommended to be added to varnish in a ratio of 0.5% -5% according to different product systems. When used for coating, it can be diluted in a ratio of 1 (this product): 10 (alcohol): 11 (purified water).

4、 Packaging specifications

50kg/plastic drum, 120kg/plastic drum, 200kg/plastic drum.

This product is a non flammable and non explosive hazardous material and should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-30 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing. After use, the container should be sealed and have a validity period of 12 months.
